- Complete and sign the Stanford Child Care Center forms including a health history and physical Form (including immunization record) signed and stamped by the child’s physician, permission to photograph the child for center use.
- We require a non-refundable registration fee of $125 which includes a $40 student’s insurance fee. Please understand that this fee is a yearly fee renewable upon anniversary.
- A security deposit equivalent to one week’s tuition is also due at the time of enrollment. This amount will be applied towards the final week’s tuition.
- Weekly tuition is due prior to child’s first day.
